Monthly stays at Quail Roost

Our monthly rates start at $680 in summer (May 1 to October 31) and $730 in winter (November 1 to April 30). Monthly guests pay their own electric. Winter stays need a 6-month minimum, and a 6-month stay paid in full saves 5%. Rates can change, so check the rates page for current numbers.

We have 72 full hookup sites, and they average 32 to 40 feet wide, so work trucks and trailers fit too. Choose an open site or a shaded one under mature trees.
